Destiny rewritten

"If I was going to rewrite destiny, it would take me longer than it took for this guy! Amazingly prolific composer who is producing many excellent charts. If you don't take my word for it, then just have a listen to track #7 of this work. Thoughts like 'Mozart meets Moby' come to mind.
Seriously, if you haven't listened to Ken Hill's music as of late, you are missing the maturing of one of the most happening New Age/Down Tempo composers."
A Wonderfully Brilliant CD!

"Rewriting Destiny is absolutely brilliant as all of Ken Hill's music is! In fact, in the last two days while listening to this cd and his other music, all I can say to myself is Ken Hill is a genius! His music is something straight out of Heaven and I can't say enough about his music. You will LOVE his music so don't be afraid to buy this cd or any of his other cd's. His music has literally been instrumental in helping me heal from a painful herniated disc and sciatica. If it wasn't for this music, I don't know how I would have made it through. I have never heard any music so beautiful as his. You can not go wrong with buying this cd for yourself or your friends and family. I can think of nothing else that would be more appreciated as a gift than his music. If someone gave me his music as a gift, it would probably be the most precious gift I ever received as it is more than just music...it is healing at its best!"

Soulwire: the essence of captivation and twilight

"Inspiration strikes new chords with Soulwire. Definitely seek out this artist's profile on MySpace and get a listen of his newer work; Soulwire may seem to have only just begun, but there's more to come on the horizon.
Thanks to Kristy Thirsk and Harland I became a fan of Sleepthief, and thanks to Sleepthief I came across Soulwire.
Beyond placing this music into a genre, I prefer to say it's more of a journey into just what is possible. Imagination and feeling make this music a landscape to lose yourself in. Synth melds with piano, acoustic guitar, and humble layers of percussion. I've heard artists use the term "organic" a lot lately, not quite sure what they meant, but with Soulwire it's begun to make sense. The harmonies flow so naturally that a song would take forever to wear itself out in your mind, because Soulwire's musical direction isn't the kind to dull itself on your ears.
My favorites have to be Dream Empire, Weave the Soul, and Shimmering Wings from Sorrow. The beats in each "kick it up a notch" so to speak, to compel even more enjoyment from the unexpected instrumental turns that Soulwire will take you on. Echoes of a Fallen Dream, Lavender Heart Ashes similarly, is a piece where a woodwind touch is lent to the story.
Interpolations is a song with a bit heavier piano variations, reminiscent of well-known compositions for acclaimed fantasy video game scores such as Final Fantasy. Listening to Interpolations makes me want to break out my Mech Warrior 2 soundtrack, even if comparably quite different than Rewriting Destiny as an album, certainly as fulfilling for the same creative inspirations that they can spark.
This album is modern, layered, captivating & soothing, lush & original- not of a fast tempo to be played in a dance club, but certainly playable anywhere that you'd desire a soul trip set to harmonious, limitless, indulgence.
If you're a fan of BlueTonicWorld, Delerium, Sleepthief, Harland, Kitaro and/or video game soundtracks, like I am, this album is sure to please your soul."
Awesome!
