Absolutely fantastic album.

"When I first heard Sonata Arctica's debut album "Ecliptica", I thought it was Ok at best, but not the perfect album I had heard everyone else call it. After a few more listens, it grew on me, and it slowly became one of my favorite albums of all time. They remind me a lot of Stratovarius, only they have added hooks and surprises that keep it fresh and interesting. I got this new album "Silence", and right away I knew I was in for another fantastic album. This has one of the best starts to an album I have ever heard. After a short narration, we hear a backwards loop of sound that starts off barely audible, then grows louder and louder until *BAM* the guitars and double bass drums of the first song "Web Allergy" start up. This is a GREAT start to an album! Sonata Arctica have made another wonderful melodic metal album, and I can't stop listening to it. "Wolf and Raven", "Web Allergy", and "Tallulah" are my favorites, but I can listen to the entire album without skipping tracks. If you're a fan of bands like Stratovarius, Helloween, or Nightwish, you should pick this up right away."

"So how can I start... sonata arctica is a great band and this album really reflects them! I heard their other albums and i can say that this one is the best among them. I recommand to all of u to buy this album cause u really gonna enjoy it. 13 great songs with a bonus track that never disappoints.. I hope u enjoy this album as much as I do..."
