"I've Got A Song For You is one of my very favorite Shirley Bassey albums from the 1960's. Her voice is full, robust, powerful and everything you would expect. Her best recorded years were spent at United Artists, and thankfully, her albums are being released on single CD and 2 on 1 sets, with original artwork and tracks. Sound quality is superb. And We Were Lovers, recorded a year later, is not as powerful but does contain several standout performances, i.e., Big Spender and the country flavored Somebody Like Me. Two brilliant albums and a must have for fans."
