"Naughty But Nice by Sarah Connor

01. Living To Love You-10/10, A very sweet ballad. She shows off her range by doing some low notes at the start and getting those big power notes at the end. She also does that grunty thing which suits her voice so well. Its directed to her husband Marc. And how for all her life shes been living to love him. This was the first single. Released in late 2004. Complete with a nice video which involved all 4 seasons. A definate favorite of mine.

02. Paradise-8/10, An upbeat track that proves Sarah is one dirty girl. Talking about how shes goes to paradise when she makes love with this guy. And when touches her in the places that he does. She asks him to take her "there" tonight. i don't think i need t explain where that is. Overall a nicely paced song with questionable lyrics.

03. From Zero To Hero-9.5/10, Very upbeat track. More of a dance track. The is about finding the hero within you. Shows off her voice and proves she can outsing almost any other diva out there. This was the 2nd single. The video wasn't my favorite from her. Mainly because it was made for the german version movie "Robots". In which she played Halle Berry's part. Great song though.

04. I Just Started Being Bad-10/10, A very upbeat dance track. I consider this in my top 2 off the album. Very good lyrics "Call me naughty call me nice, Im your sugar I'm your spice, Forget the life you had I Just Started Being Bad" This is rumored to be the next single. I hope it is. This is the type of song that could be a top 10 hit in the US. She doesn't really try to show off her voice but she can't help it. Her voice is that good. Overall one of my favorites.

05. Thank You-10/10, A ballad directed to her baby who was recently born. She thanks her for being in her life and bringing her joy. The lyrics are very good and bring a deep message. Shows off a more controlled and quieter voice. But not whispery like Mariah. Her voice starts to get more powerful in the last half of the song. But she still restrains her voice from being too overbaring. A Very great song.

06. You're The Kinda Man-8/10, A midtempo song. She sings to a guy who makes her go crazy. She sings that other girls want him too. But she does too. Not my favorite on the album. But still a very good song. She again restrains her voice from being to big. But she still does her famous grunts. Overall just a good song.

07. One More Night-10/10, One of the best songs on the album. Part 2 Of The Osla Suite Trilogy. Which began with "I'm Gonna Find You" on her last album. This song is about how she doesn't want this guy to turn inot a one night stand. She wants one more night. Its a ballad that starts off like all her other ballads. But her voice really gets going half way into it. Then in the bridge the music drops while shes holding a note. Then she does this crazy high note in the middle just accepella. Its not just my favorite part of the song but the entire album. Its that chilling. This may be my favorite song on the album. The song is perfect. I would love to see this be a single.

08. Keep Imagining-10/10, A very upbeat song. She sings about how "these things" are what her heart wants to tell him. But she will just keep imagining. She won't talk to this guy cause she is afraid heb wont feel the same way about her. A very danceable song. She doesn't want to wait anymore. She wants him to come to her with his love. Her voice is in a perfect way through the song. She deos a couple nice high notes in the end. Very great song.

09. Happy Anniversary-10/10, A song directed to her husband. And she sings how her life has changed since she met him. And how another year has went by and she wants to say Happy Anniversary. The chorus is just great singing "I belive in Happily Ever After" and more lines abou how he was sent from god. This is just a pure love ballad. Her voice never does any big notes but its not that kind of song. Its just meant to be a peaceful love song. One of the best songs on the album.

10. You Are My Desire-9.8/10, This song has a very exotic beat. She sings in a sexy tone. She sings "Don't forget to breathe, Let It In Let It Out" It is yet another song about sex. She sings tonight you are my desire. She starst to sing in another language in the bridge. A very good beat and song. Not much to say about it except its basicly just one sexy song.

11. Change-7.5/10, Just a dance track. My least favorite on the album. She uses the beat to a song that i can't remember. The song isn't bad its just not as good at the rest of the album.

12. Dolce Vita-10/10, A song directed to a friend. And how her boyfriend isnt treating her right. She uses "Dolce Vita" to describe her. Which must be some german version of the word friend. The songs is very good and how she wants her friend to have the good life. But she has to get her away form her boyfriend. Sarah's voice is very sexy in it. Even though its not meant to be a sexy song but the beat is very sexy. A very good track.

13. Call Me-10/10, Another great ballad. Reminds me of "Honey" by Bonnie McKee. She sings to her love(Marc). And how he can call her if he needs her. A very sweet track. The chorus of the song brings in a choir. One of my favorites on the album. The song itself is perfect I think. She doesn't do anything to crazy with her voice. But tehre are some bigger notes none to powerful. Very great song.

14. Ohh (Private Party)-10/10, A very funny track. Its about how she is having a party and her boy can't get there. She sings how she is sorry to start it without him and shes waiting. Clips of teh guys voice are telling her to wait in a speaking voice. In teh ned we hear a knocking noise and the guy yelliing "I don't know where my keys are let me in!" Then the song ends and he goes "Son Of A *BEEP*!!!" Overall a great song filled with comedy.

15. From Zero To Hero (Extended Album Remix)-9.5/10, Basicly just a remix of From Zero To Hero so just look at #3 for it's review.

16. From Zero To Hero (Video Version)-9/10, Its the same song. Except clips from the video are heard. Like robots making noise and stuff. So it makes the song worse. Still a good song though.

Overall this is a great album. She doesn't show off her voice as much as she did in the past. But she still proves she is one of the best female artists out there. The best album i've heard so far this year.

Sarah's latest release!
Clara | USA | 05/23/2006
(5 out of 5 stars)

"Sarah's latest release 'Naughty But Nice'. For those of you not familiar with her she's one of the biggest selling German female artists of all time. She's what you call 'Blue Eyed Soul'. She sings like Mariah and Christina and sings pop'nb (pop and rnb mixed) type songs.

Naughty But Nice sees the return of Sarah to faster type music. Take her previous 3 albums/mix them together...and you got Naughty but Nice.

Naughty But Nice kicks off with a 'Key to my soul' like ballad the 'My heart will go on' sampling 'Living to love you'. It was her first single off this CD and was dedicated to her husband and son.

'Paradise' sees the return of fast pop'nb Sarah ala 'Unbelievable' days. 'From Zero to hero' is a fast pop song released as a single for Disney's 'Robots' movie which Sarah did a voice for in the German version (the one Halle Berry did in English.) It went to number one and though many Germans dont like it for being too dancy it is one of her finest pop songs and one of her best songs overall.

'Thank you' is a sweet ballad song while 'You're the kind of man' takes her to new rnb heights. 'One more night' is a continuation of a previous ballad while 'Keep Imagining' pops it up one more time.

'Happy Anniversary' was written by her husband Marc Terenzi as a gift for her. Very sweet ballad.

'You are my desire' is a sexy exotic themed song...very hot and single worthy. 'Change' was a theme song for a German soap and its pretty hot. Its very 60s Rnb and Girl Powered.

'Dolce Vita' is a sweet Latin/Italian like ballad well 'Call me' is a good ol rnb ballad. 'Ooh Private Party' disturbs me a bit but its an interesting pop song...lets just say it goes with her husbands 'Fanatic' which closed his CD.

Overall one of Sarah's best CDs. She just keeps getting better and better!"
