"Great CD. I was under a lot of stress and did not want to take meds. This CD was one of the components that really helped me calm down. Not only did it help put me to sleep but it helped my five year old sleep too. It had sounds of the ocean behind the soft music that made this CD very soothing. I would recommed this to anyone who looking for soft calming music."
