This two cd set of romantic violin music contains two dozen performances, which according to the cd insert are by Chee-Yun, Jean-Jacques Kantorow, Smetana Quartet, Joseph Suk and more. The tracks are all quite soothing and relaxing, and all enjoyable although only a few are outstanding (at least in my untrained opinion!) By far, my favorite, however was Barber's Adagio for Strings. Other favorites: Vivaldi's Violin Concerto and Tchaikovsky's Violin concerto.
