Cray Shows Brilliance Early

"This disc is a compilation of blues king Robert Cray's first two releases 'Bad Influence' and 'False Accusations'. His ultra smooth vocals and refined yet soulful and tastefully gritty guitar work is in full effect on gems like "I think I've slipped her mind" and "Playin' in the Dirt". Cray's huge breakout disc "Strong Persuader" was coming soon after this work and the rest is history. A good 'twofer' for new fans or a nice '2 album on one' set for completists like myself."
