Lost Days is Ringside's long awaited follow up to their 2005 self-titled debut. Ringside is singer/songwriter/guitarist Scott Thomas, who played most of the instruments and produced, along with actor/beatmaker Balthazar Getty who co-produced. Title track "Lost Days" is a duet with Ben Harper, a somber rocker with a big uplifting chorus. Other notable guests include: Brian Bell from Weezer and Kirk Hellie on guitars, horns by Ozomotli, and Esthero, Res, Graph Nobel, Rain Phoenix and Joaquin Phoenix on backing vocals. Joey Waronker, Jim Keltner, Josh Freese, Norm Block, Sandy Chila, and Jon Pikus played drums. Self-financed and self-released, Lost Days is an epic album several years in the making, a journey down a long, dark road finally emerging into the light.
