The Return Of The Anti-Dixie Chicks
fredtownward | Palatine, Illinois United States | 05/24/2006
(5 out of 5 stars)

"The best antidote to the self-immolating Ditsy Chicks are back with 10 new songs guaranteed to put a smile on the face of anyone who votes the opposite of these modern day Three Stooges.

"If You Ain't Outraged (you ain't paying attention)" is a less than gentle call to (political) arms. "I Want To Live" is a gentle, heart-tugging appeal from an unborn child to a mother considering abortion. "You Can't Racial Profile" is a humorous send-up of the idiocy of completely ignoring the physical appearance of our current enemies. "Wake Up, America" is an alarm bell for those who are still asleep to what is going on. "Somewhere In Baghdad" is the tearful, joyful ballad of a newly freed Iraqi family. "Tolerate This" is a rousing challenge to the self-proclaimed tolerance police to put their money where their mouth is. "It's My Money" is the anthem of the over-taxed. "This Ain't Your Daddy's Party" is an invitation to all remaining genetic Democrats to "come and join" the other political party. "Trickle Down" is an in your face reclamation of the phrase that pointedly asks "when's the last time a poor man gave you a job?" and "Dear Mr. Reagan" is a tribute to the last President the left wing loved to hate. The Right Brothers are definitely the better choice of a singing group to support with your hard-earned, over-taxed dollars."
