It's a fantastic collection of this multi-faceted artists talent that no true Rick Springfield fan should be without. Cd has a bonus track of Ricks version of Eleanor Rigby fabulously performed. There are 24 tracks each a remarkable testament to Ricks love of music, positive influence on fans, and passion for life. Rick writes his music from his own life experience which makes each composition even more meaningful. Adding this CD to your collection will only make it that much more complete even if you have some of the titles on other albums.

This CD contains his first American hit "Speak to the Sky", "American Girls", which is a rocker, and was a "regional" top 20 hit in the Pacific Northwest. Remember them? Songs were often hits in parts of the country, and not in others. Now is it ALL nationwide, decide for yourself whether that is good or not. "Take a Hand" is another incredible find. I had not heard this song in over 20 years, yet I remembered every single note. From track 13 on, we get the very hard to find Rick Springfield, and I couldn't recommend it more. I have been searching for "American Girls" for over 20 years, as it was never on an album, to my knowledge. Many thanks to the people who put this out, with top-notch remastering as well!" This is the essential collection to have that spans most of his career.. There are great pictures of Rick in there too! It is a great collection, and a fond way to see Rick,before he was JESSIE's Girl... A must have!!!!"
