"It seems that lately all an aspiring country-western star needs is a handsome face, a cowboy hat, and someone else to write his material. Red Steagall is the real thing, and his songs and poetry are about integrity, honesty and hard work. Songs about irresponsibility are nowhere to be found on this album. This was my first Red Steagall album, and I was stunned after my first listen to it! He's a living legend."

"What a great collection of music! Cowboy music at it's best. Red Steagall sings a song and tells a story. His music reflects honor, duty and the type of things that youth of today should capitalize on and live by. I only wish that more "so-called" country artists would follow his steps in the music that they make. EJ"
