A beautiful, lush, sparkling performance

"This is a delightful performance from the opening bars. The playing has an engaging lilt and touch, with the dance-like rhythym so important to French Baroque music. The sound of the harpsichord is perfect too - crisp, yet shimmering - not too delicate, and never harsh. By comparison, the performance of this same repertiore by Roland on Naxos is uninteresting and harsh to my ears. Highly recommended."
