"The complete Petrushka is heard here with the less-often performed but equally interesting Bartok. On both, Nagano gets a brilliant, sharp sound that fits perfectly with the style of the compositions. The LSO excels at playing these early 20th century classics, and they seem excited by the young Nagano's presence as well."
