Beautiful and haunting!

"This 1991 outing from one of my favorite artists is a really excellent follow-up to his previous album "One By One". This album has a very Nebraska highway feel and the album title is perfect! "The 8:45" is amazing and really excellent driving music building up to a really excellent climax. The theme from "Dances With Wolves" is intense and riveting. My favorite songs though are "Nebraska", "I-90" and "Before The Fall". Get this CD. IT's worth the hard search! They should re-issue this album in the near future!"

"When I think of driving on a distant desert highway I think Lost Frontier. A few tracks like I-90 have a rythmic yet lonely feel. All songs are acoustic masterpieces. Guitar lovers will find plenty of appealing upbeat tracks.Some of the more beautiful jewels are A Place Called Home and Ashland. The two tracks are overwhelmingly peaceful and make great use of the instrument of all instruments, the piano. This is an essential CD in my new age collection."
