I didn't know enough about you !!

"I didn't know enough about Peggy.

But after listen to these songs and watched this precious DVD, I do now.

Pity is the songs in the CD are not the best or the most famous versions. Like "Why don't you do right" is not Benny Goodman's version, and "I don't know enough about you" is also not the same arrangment from the DVD version. They are Peggy's ex-husband and song writting partneer Dave Barbour's arrangement, good, but not the best.

Overall it is a wonderful and informative collective of Peggy Lee's music life. And it is a good price !

"The DVD contains exactly the same documentary as in "Fever: the Music of Peggy Lee", including the bonus material. So you'd better buy this one instead of the single DVD. The CD is a very good introduction to Miss Lee's music, with tracks from both her Capitol periods."

"This is the Peggy Lee collection to purchase for those starting their adventure into one of the great singers of the past century!! From her beginning in the 1940's with the classic "I Don't Know Alot About You", it was clear that this lady possessed one of the magical voices of the century and it is shocking that she did not receive a Grammy until 1969's "Is That All There Is?"!!! The DVD in this collection is a winner and will make a fan for life of anyone who really appreciates the best in vocalists!! Peggy Lee will go on long after we are all gone as her talent is truly extraordinary!!! Enjoy!!!!"
