It comes packaged in a '50s style gatefold slipcase sleeve with a full color, one-sided 14 inch x 19 inch foldout poster with a picture of McCartney. 1999 release.

"I just received the CD single, the mono mixes are excellent in sound quality and seem to have more "punch" to them than the stereo mixes on Run Devil Run. I also wondered why Fabulous was left off the album. If you liked Run Devil Run then this single is a must have for your collection. The single itself is standard sized with a clear border so it will play in your car's CD player. I also liked the included color poster of the younger Sir Paul."
