Album Description

2008 solo album from the British Soul/Pop vocalist. Carrack's soulful vocals and keyboards have adorned hits by Ace, Squeeze, Mike & The Mechanics, Roger Waters, Elton John and others while also making room for his solo recordings. Know That Name is his 14th solo album and includes the single 'I Don't Want To Hear Any More', originally written by Paul for The Eagles' recent #1 album Long Road Out Of Eden. This solo version features The Eagles singing backing vocals. The album also features a duet with Sam 'Soul Man' Moore of Sam & Dave fame. Carrack.

"Excellent CD. I enjoy all of the songs. Its kind of a blues,soul, and rock type genre. I was first introduced to Paul Carrak's music a couple of years ago. Little did I know he was the voice from the 70's group, Ace (How Long). I don't know why Paul Carrack has not caught on in America like Europe. He is very talented."
