Synopsis

Album Description
Tom Trenney, First Prize winner in the American Guild of Organists National Competition in Organ Improvisation, 2006, improvises two suites on two popular hymns and plays repertoire, too. He performs on the pipe organ built in 2005 at St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Baltimore. It is a three-manual organ built by Patrick J. Murphy & Associates of Stowe, Pennsylvania (near Philadelphia) and featuring electropneumatic action on slider windchests, eclectic tonal style, and incorporating a Trumpet en chamade built by Aeolian-Skinner.
