With this CD, American Brass Quintet trumpeter Kevin Cobb releases his first solo recording consisting of repertoire solely for unaccompanied trumpet - part of the ongoing objective of Summit Records' sub-label Summit Education to release educational-based recordings. The compositions are exclusively from American composers and cover a wide range of musical styles and instrumental techniques.
