CD Reviews

Another Great Import Single from Norah!
Rudy Palma | NJ | 12/30/2002
(5 out of 5 stars)

"This CD single is most certainly worth owning if you full-fledgedly like Norah's album. It contains the splendid, lush, absolutlely dreamy and 20's-esque Jones-penned title track to the LP and is backed with 2 exclusive and outstanding live takes of TURN ME ON and COLD COLD HEART. On TURN ME ON she laughs and says, "I guess I'll start now." Both songs segue into each other. The intimacy of the live setting as well as the presence of an extremely thrilled and clapping audience members makes these takes arguably better than those on the album.MY ADVICE: Get the album first. It is almost the same price of the single as it is. If you then love the album, buy this CD. It will be worth its price to you."
I'll take this song away with me anytime

""Come Away With Me", the title album track, perfectly blends pop and jazz. Her quiet, soothing voice gives radio mainstream the needed variety. She showcases her just-as-excelled piano talents. Her written lyrics and musical theme spice a night out of town with that special someone and a walk along the beach. Those who like "Come Away With Me" should buy her album and the single "Don't Know Why"."
