My favorite interpretation of the nocturnes

"Ashkenazy nails it, I believe better than anyone. Sublimely well balanced and evocative- especially opus 32, which is so often sped or lumbered through. I'm so glad I found this- I taped this from the radio about 15 years ago and it still stands my test of time. Others have their favorites, but this is mine."
