CD Reviews

Great music!

"This is sort of a sampler of music, both from different genres, and from the PBS series Cosmos, hosted by Carl Sagan. The music is a great variety of styles and instrumentation. Even if you've never *seen* Cosmos, this is a great album to get.

Worth any price

"This is simply the best! I got my CD 5 years ago from a store in South Africa; not too many copies available!"

"This was an unknown treasure! I had no idea what I possessed.I have listened to this album on vinyl so much,I wore it out. Then I found another copy which is still in good shape.I especially loved to play Cosmos while night sailing.Later on I found the CD in a mail order catalog and ordered three copies, one for my daughter and one for a cousin who also shared my affection for the music.I called them both and told them to put the CDs under lock and key.

This music evokes a multitude of emotions. The thrill of adventure and exploration, the feeling of a oneness with nature, and a sence of tranquility as the names of the pieces suggest.I think everyone should hear this collection and enjoy for themselves their own feelings for you certainly will see/hear what I do.I had to give it five stars."
