'More Oar: A Tribute To Alexander 'Skip' Spence' (Birdman) V

"As for tribute albums, 'More Oar' is decent. Problem is that many of these songs are likely unfamiliar to most fans unless they were like a Moby Grape / Skip Spence die-hard. However, there are plenty of good songs here for you listening pleasure - like Robert Plant's "Little Hands", Mudhoney with their *ss-kicking contribution of "War In Peace" {possibly the best track altogether}, Robyn Hitchcock's "Broken Heart", {here's one I didn't expect} - Flying Saucer Attack, paying their respect with "Grey-Afro" and Beck putting his best foot forward with "Halo Of Gold". Enjoy."
