Unlike the original LP, entitled 'Musical Highlights From Ben-Hur' which only featured approximately 40 minutes of music from the original two and a half hour score. Some 56 years after its release and 11 Oscars later, Jasmine are issuing this superbly epic and grandiose collection composed by the inimitable Miklos Rozsa. A veteran of the epic film score. Miklos led as he described a 'double life' between his film work and absolute concert music.
