"Everyone who can get their voice recorded seems to make Christmas albums and they are not very memorable. That's why, I suppose, they end up in the bargain bins. But this album is different. MMM takes the Christmas classics and treats them with a simplicity and reverence that helps us imagine what Christmas was like before Hallmark and Madison Avenue started tweaking with it. The presentation of some of these carols may make you feel like you're hearing them for the first time. Put this on the short list of Chrismas albums you want to own."
