"This is a collection about which I cannot say enough good things. I have always enjoyed all three works performed here, and I was thrilled to find them collected on one CD. What's even better, the performances are stellar, especially that of the _Holberg Suite_, which has special significance to me and my wife. The second movement of Holberg is played with an intensity and richness here which reflects at once both zest and also subtlety and yearning. This is a disc to be played over and over, absorbed, reflected upon, and savored."
