CD Reviews

Beautiful....

"This is a simple but beautiful musical. Melissa Manchester's voice continues to wow me...she is phenomenal and underrated. Megan Mulalhy (sp?), Karen on "Will & Grace", shows what we expected in her amazing talent...she truly is very funny and supports the cast very well. Only one complaint...there is only 1 track per CD...a little inconvenient. But, overall, this is enjoyable...and if you're a Melissa Manchester fan like myself, you won't want to miss out on this!"

"I recently had a chance to see a skeletal production of this lovely show at the Stages 2000 festival in Chicago. The songs are gorgeous, the script is gentle and sweet without being cloying. The plot, concerning love letters sent between brother and sister, is adult without being smarmy.Buy it and enjoy."
