Special 2 CD deluxe expanded edition! Released in1978 just as Punk hit the streets and 2 years after being recorded, Kingdom Of Madness was Magnum's debut album for Jet Records. Awarding the album a 4 star rave review in Sounds (the weekly hard rock bible), writer Geoff Barton suggested the Birmingham band were capable of making a strong claim for a slice of the market occupied by the likes of Styx, Kansas and Yes. This 2 disc edition includes their first recordings made in 1974 and their first single, a version of The Searchers, 'Sweets For My Sweet'.
