"This is an unofficial CD, not endorsed by or affiliated with Madonna or her record company in any way. It is not a music CD--it consists of a young woman reading a script detailing (in a watered down way) highlights of Madonna's career. The CD itself is not very interesting and the woman's voice is a little annoying. What I did like is the fact that this is an enhanced CD ROM. When you pop it into your computer, you will find cool graphics, a (small) full-color photo gallery, a mini-biography, trivia blurbs, games (including a wierd one in which you can morph different images of Madonna), a discography, and links to other websites (such as OMFC and Maverick records). The best part about this CD is the little glossy, pocket-sized book that comes with it. The book is a "quick and dirty" biography that basically smooshes Madonna's life into 96 little pages, complete with a lot of very cool, full color photos. It's fairly up to date, too, as it includes her marriage to Guy Ritchie and a couple of pix of her latest tour.This CD is pretty hard to find, so if you come across one, be sure to snap it up.
