"In the 50's Liberace's musicial popularity with the "blue hair" crowd was rivaled only by Lawrence Welk. But Liberace transcended that niche via his flamboyant performing style and personality. He became a household name and was watched by millions on The Liberace Show that ran from 1952 - 1955.

The CD is this package contains classic piano renditions of classic songs only as Liberace was able to perform them. As a bonus, a DVD is also in this package that shows approximately 66 minutes of performances of his from his top-rated NBC show.

Liberace is always entertaining and fun. So is this recording. And a good value too."
