"I was really disapponted with this CD. The description that comes with the CD indicates that a "jazzist" named Mike Berniker produced the album. Unfortunately, what resulted is a jazzy, and snappy series of songs that do not do justice to the Kui Lee who used to sing with a slower and deeply emotional delivery. During the time that Kui Lee was singing at Queens Surf I was living in the Waikiki Aquarium and I used to listen to his music almost every night. It was beautiful and haunting and this CD does not begin to do justice to the Kui Lee I remember."
