"This is Kramer's catharsis record--he was obviously going through a lot of changes and grief at this time--not least the aftermath of the acrimonious parting with Ms Magnuson--which would culminate in the sad loss of Noise NJ. This is truly heartfelt stuff--it's like being a fly on the wall at a therapy session!! Sad beautiful and funny songs, right through from the startling chord and soundbite opening to the disconcerting finale of Second Coda via gems such as The Secret of Suicide, and startlingly gorgeous mellotron-driven I Can Watch. Another masterpiece from the Man Himself!"
