"If you longed for some wonderful music from the Kingston Trio then you will enjoy this compilation. They are known for their other hits "Tom Dooley", 'Worried Man", "M.T.A". The selections are first rate. Personal favorite.."Jug of Punch". You'll enjoy them all!!"
Fantastic Fun Folk!

"While simplicity is seldom heard in most current music, it was perfect for the 1950's and early 1960's, a time of black and white TV with shows like Leave It To Beaver and Father Knows Best. The Kingston Trio epitomized that sound and were forerunners to the Beach Boys, who bumped up the fun a notch and sang about babes and the beach. With just a guitar and silky smooth voices, The Kingston Trio sangs ballads on themes as diverse as love and murder.

The Kingston Trio were at the forefront of a musical revival, one that trancended college campuses and local hangouts. The two albums are the last by the original trio. During their career, they sold millions of records to Baby Boomers, touring often (imagine one of those shows!), and appearring on many popular television shows. Standout tracks include an energetic Hard Travelin' and Hangman, both from Make Way! and Lemon Tree and You're Gonna Miss Me (Frankie and Johnny) from Goin' Places. The Trio's patented tight, smooth, perfect harmonies and uplifting performance show their experience and shine brightly from first track to last.

As an introduction to the folk music of the period, there are few albums better than this. It's perfect for both Kingston Trio fans and folk music novices. Turn it up, ignore the phone.......... and smile. It's that good."
As Good as Ever

"Love this CD! It brings back memories of my favorite group and I find myself singing with them just as I used to do way back when. This music sounds as great today as it did back in the 60s."
