CD Reviews

An Amazing Vocie

"Kenny Lattimore first made an impression on me back in 96 on the timeless wedding song For You. After releasign two CD's of duets with his equally talented, Lattimore returns with an album of covers. Lattimore's falestto easily works wonders on You Are My Starship & Everybody Here Wants You. Since Lattimore has such a strong falestto I would have loved to hear him do either Switch's Calling On All Girls or El Debarge's Love Always instead of And I Love Her, but all in all this is a fine album. Lattimore like R&B crooner Eric Benet (who also released a CD today) is one of the few modern R&B singers who can sing anything and well sound amazing."
Something for everyone

"An all around solid cd. Kenny doesn't get his due recognition. This is a great project. "Giving Up" makes you not want the cd to end."
Classy...Smooth...Soulful

"Thanks for bringing "grown folks" music back! This is not just another CD full of remakes but Kenny does a great job in giving us truly timeless music. My favorites include: "And I Love Her", "Everybody Here Wants You", and "Givin' Up". Kenny's interpretation of "It Ain't No Use" shows he's a Stevie fan in addition to the upbeat "That's the Way Love Is". Really good music for the mature audience. Keep up the great work, Kenny."
