The best meditation music

"Loved this CD! Haven't found anything else like it. The drone background sounds cover almost all the tones of the chakhras and the overtone melodies are simple and beautiful."

"Droning or monotone sounds in music can produce a relaxing, meditative effect. (This is the hypnotic power of the digeridoo, the bagpipes, gongs, and the sitar, all of which have a drone component in their sound.)The prettiest selection on this album is Cathedral. The "Dragon" cut is deep and mysterious. Probably would put your kids to sleep, or even you, after a long hard day.If you like this CD, the other Kay Gardner CD, Rainbow Path, is also excellent (not droning however.) Either way, she is an innovative musician."

"This disk was sent to me as a gift. In over two years of listening I've never tired of it. Sometimes I listen to it nightly, to ease me into sleep. It is musically interesting enough and also peaceful enough to never be boring."
