"I agree with "devoted 1/21/2003". I am buying this CD specifically for the song "The Mood." It has taken me about 17 years to find this song on CD. I highly recommend it...it is that song that you know you used to love but don't know the name of it. I have the original album that this cut comes from and play it frequently (yes I still have a turntable)."

Coulda' Had More Early Stuff

"As of this writing I still recommend digging out your turntable and searching for vinyl copies of Kashif's first
three Arista albums circa 1983-1985 but this works in a pinch.
It includes several needless cuts from 1987's uninteresting
'Love Changes' album but the fabulous "The Mood","Botha,Botha",
"Baby Don't Break Your Baby's Heart" and "Are You The Woman"
are here.And even though the two 1987 cuts could've been easily
exchanged for "Stone Love" and "I Just Gotta Have You" (neither
are here) this collection is functional."
