Very good from the start to the Finnish...performer

"This recording captures the subtilety and tremendous power of a large renovated Skinner organ. Rarely, though, it seems there is a bit too much bass, which can obliterate the upper work. The performer quickly shows his command of the literature and instrument, with a large number of French romantic compositions and a handful of more improvisatore-style creations. For some, it might take a couple of listenings in order to fully appreciate this CD; it is not for the faint of heart."
