A walk down Memory Lane.

"This recording took me back to when I was a little girl and used to go to the movies on Sundays. I saw and loved all Joselito movies and am still amazed at his voice."
A real jewel for true fans.

"A great collection of Joselito's greatest recordings. I was a fan then and I'm still a fan. I saw him in all his concerts in New york and this cd brings back many memories."

"For the first time ever we have a reasonable collection of recordings by Joselito Jiménez including 21 items on a CD (and CDs are capable of holding up to 79 minutes of recordings!).
This collection is very enjoyable. There are several early recordings that sound incredibly fresh and recent.
A couple of items sound rather veiled and not as clear as their vinyl incarnations.
Yet another couple of items are from Joselito's adolescent years, about which nobody has a good reason to care much. What people admire of the singer is his unique and irreplaceable golden childhood voice. What on earth could be a substitute for that?. However, these two pieces are well placed there as both an absolute contrast and a reminder of Nature's power - what Nature giveth so generously, Nature taketh away inexorably!
"More..." is the word that comes to mind. More 20-plus-item reissues of Joselito, with emphasis on quality remastering. But no more recordings from the singer's adolescent years, please. There is no justification for that.
Congratulations to BMG for this particular reissue."
