"This P-VINE box is the 1998 version of the CHARLEY 1992 UK box set. Since it is a Japanese edition let the potential buyer be aware that the booklet is in Japanese! What makes this so unusual is that the lyrics in the booklet are in English! At this point Amazon has one left at $180.00, which is the price of a used version of the CHARLY box. This 6 disc box is a MUST HAVE for any Hooker fan! Being, as is its CHARLY version, Hooker's complete VEE JAY output between 1955-1964 it represents his, what many consider, most productive and best material. Caveat emptor: there is no 7" limited edition vinyl with this package! Also, there are no bonus tracks in comparison to the CHARLEY box! 'Nuf said! (P.S. I you want to compare these two boxes side by side just type in "vee jay box." Also, the other MUST HAVE box is the PORTRAIT 24 CARAT GOLD 10 cd edition which is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!!!)"
