"I love this album and believe it is a worthy album if you are a Jimmy Jones fan. I am a diehard fan of this man and have been since I was a teen. Both he and his songs are very unique and original. I have a lot of the old Cub 45's and would give anything if someone would release all his work, including his VeeJay material such as Mr.FixIt and No Insurance, on CD. You have to find the original recordings of Good Timin' and Handyman on compilation discs (best are on Mercury), but the updated Good Timin' and Handyman on this disk are great fun. Keep up the good work Jimmy!"

"A depressed laid off factory worker there were many a night where I felt like ending it all. Depressed and inibrieated I turned to my vintage collection of do-wop and lemme tell you, Grandma's Rock & Roll Party raised my soul from the shallow depths of hell. HandyMan Jing Jing Jolly were among my favorites, but even the casual listener will know instantaneously that this is Jimmy's tighest LP, EVER!"
