A great solo album

"This album is really good stuff. It is also known as Electric Digger Dandy, with no changes whatsoever bar the title of the album. I didn't really know James Reyne until he was recommended to me, so I got the album and gave it a good listening. There are some really fantastic songs on it, with a slighty different version of Reckless which I reckon is better than the original, the mandolin makes it really soothing. It has a real mix of music on the album from the upbeat Some People, to the slow and sombre Stood Up. Each song is great in it's own way, and it is hard to pick a favourite but Stood Up and Take A Giant Step are fantastic. There is also a collaboration with Tony Joe White on Outback Woman which is not too bad either. Any Day Above Ground is also a great track that is vibrant. From an album that I had little expectations of I was very pleasantly surprised."
