I listened to this cd so many times that eventually it was scratched up and had to get a new one. I've been listening to this recording since I was a senior in high school. The interpretations are very elegant and irreproachable. I now prefer historically informed recordings, and yet I still value this recording, which means that it really must be good. BWV 1052 has an excellent harpsichord with Robert Wolinsky playing really well on those solo sections. The oboe and violin concerto is played with great sensitivity. The other concerti are the violin concerto, BWV 1041, and the concerto for three violins in d-major."
