Before his tragic 1980 death in a car crash, Miller was second in popularity only to Bob Marley. After several years' struggle, the band resurfaced in 1987 with this CD, powered by new frontman Carlton Coffie--a fine singer but no Miller. The set spun off their "Bad Boys" smash hit, which became the theme song for the popular TV docu-show "Cops" and boosted the band's currency higher than ever. But this pop-infused CD holds no other reggae revelations.
