"Indigo Girls 4.5 is a rare find and I was pleased to see it out here on Amazon.com. This is a wonderful combination of studio recordings up through their "Swamp Ophelia" album and includes many of my personal favorites. A perfect choice for new fans trying to decide where to start! Also like most of their albums it contains alternating "Amy"(intense, sarcastic,rocking, thought-provoking) and "Emily"(uplifting, hopeful, wistful, gloriously melodious) selections. If you are a true fan your collection is not complete without this one!"

"I got this CD after buying Indigo Girls, rites of passage and Swampo Ophelia for my mother. It is a greta collection of all the great songs from the early indigo girls CDs. It is hard to find and it is great that amazon has a copy. Basically all the great songs on the first 4 discs are on the CD (that's why it's called 4.5 it is better than all 4 discs combined :-) Ideally you should buy the originalk 4 discs buit if you can't get this, it has some very good songs like power of 2, least complcated and ghost. A bit expensive but a great CD. Great gift for the IG neophyte. Buy this if you don't wnat to spend like $60 for the other 4 CDs. But i would suggest buying them eventually, especially Swamp Opehlia (that CD kicks!)"
