Chamber music doesn't come much better than this

"Hummel's piano chamber music tends to be written for piano plus accompaniment but these delightful trios give equal weight to the violin and cello. The playing of Triangulus is superbly integrated and Lyn Garland's beautiful articulation and careful modulation suggests that she is the successor to Menahem Pressler of the Beaux Arts Trio.

The recorded sound is first class with all three instruments clearly distinguishable at all times."
