CD Reviews

A great variety of music!
A 12-year old music fan | Jacksonville,FLA,USA | 02/06/2002

"Hey, what's up New Age fans? It's me, that twelve-year old new age music fan who wrote two reviews on Cusco. You can call me Ed. Anyway, I'm here to share my opinion on the Higher Octave Collection CD. The first disc, approprietly titled, is a great energetic CD for daytime with artists like Cusco,Ottmar Liebert, EKO, Soto Koto Band,Craig Chaquico,Tri Atma, and Randy Tico. The nighttime disc focouses on more relaxed, romantic tracks from Cusco,Craig Chaquico,Soto Koto Band,William Aura, Himekami, and Nightingale.Overall, this is definetly an album that should be included in every New Age library. Some of my favorite tracks are Northeaster[Cusco],Isle of Gold and silver, and moonwater, and Bathed In Moonlight[last three tracks by Himekami.] Before Ifinish, feel free to ask me questions on this website [as I dont have an e-mail address.]If Ihave the CD you want info about,I'll gladly share my opinion on the CD.Remember that it takes up to five days for the review to get posted on this website. As long as I can,I'll continue to share my opinions with all of you New Age fans. Until then, ta ta for now."

"I found this 2 CD collection to be most enjoyable and a collection of the best of the best in artists. I seem to favor the NIGHTIME CD over the DAYTIME, but all in all a magnificent collection of music from around the world!"
