CD Reviews

Terrific singer

"This swiss hard-rock band has the greatest hard-rock singer after Ronnie James Dio. Great, great, great voice. And also the rest of the band really rocks. This is a live album which presents very beatiful songs in "unplugged" versions. Believe me: if won't believe your ears. The band is well known in Switzerland, Germany and Japan, but very little known in the States"
GREAT EUROPEAN HARD ROCK

"this is the european answear to Ac-Dc. Played in the Main Square of Luzern, Switzerland (German Side) during a Cinema Festival, that was a very hard rock big night! For This, they toured, a few years later, with Ac/Dc. I am sure that all Ac / Dc fan (I am a big one) will like this product, also because this night is one of the tour that was promoting the "G" album, the best they ever made. The second "Dial Hard" & "G" are the best albums they made, and this concert has hits from both albums. Even if I don't suggest live albums for knowing a band, I really do this this time. If you don't know them yet, and you like blues & hard rock, please buy it. I saw them live in '96 in Switzerland, for the "G" album. Amazing!

The album has 15 songs on it, and the second one was not previously recorded on any album before. The concert starts with the singer speaking in german, french, english & italian. I really not hope to make you listen to you the first song while you re driving downtown, because it will make you want to start driving at more than 100 km/h. There are also some rock blues ballads (the last song "I am On My way") will make you imagine being in a endless road in the middle of the desert, with your harley (if you come from USA) or Moto Guzzi (if you are italian). "Angel" will make you cry, and will also make your girlfriend cry. "Mountain Mama", "Hush", Out on my Own" will make you play any kind of instruments (guitars or drums), and "Let It be" is not the BEATLES song, it is just another ordinary VERY GOOD song of this very good album. I say that if you some money to spend in a very good hard rock/blues album , think about this record! I'll wait on opinions about this record"
Wonderful!

"This was actually a mistake in ordering on my part, Thank the heavens! What a Great "unplugged" live album! My family is tired of hearing me play it in the truck every time we go somewhere. But I'm not! I listened to it all the way to Washington ,D.C. from central New Jersey (about 3 and a half hours)and most of the way back! I couldn't get enough. I only changed Cds to listen to another new one from Avantasia (the Scarecrow; also a good album)."
