Synopsis

Product Description
"LIMITED EDITION of 500 copies Worldwide DELUXE BOXSET containing: Album in Limited edition O card version with 3 bonus live tracks. Exclusive cassette version with the bonus tracks, only available in this box. Exclusive 70x100 cm Flag with album cover. Exclusive laminated pass (this pass is a collector item and doesn't grant you any free access on any of the band's tour). Originally dubbed Godzilla, after the green film star with an equally huge reputation as the newfound band's sound, the brothers Duplantier - guitarist/vocalist Joe and drummer Mario - and fellow Frenchmen Jean Michel Labadie on bass and Christian Andreu on guitar, quickly released several demos, ultimately changing the band's name and independently releasing the first Gojira album, "Terra Incognita", in 2001, offering up a brief glimpse into the giant Gojira would eventually become through persistent hard work and years of toiling in the metal underground. According to a text on the album inlay,"Terra Incognita" title (Latin for "unknown land") refers to the area inside of each man, where, according to Hindu legend, Brahma hid the divinity that he had taken from humanity for the punishment of it's abuse. The man posing on the album cover is guitarist Christian Andreu. Gojira now snags it's first Hard Rock Albums chart-topper with their new album "Magma" (June 2016), becoming the first French act to reach the nearly nine-year-old chart's peak. The set debuts with 17,000 copies sold. With the new album reaching the band's biggest sales results since inception and an exceptionally roaring response worldwide, Gojira's long sought after debut album "Terra Incognita" is certain to become a highly successful record in it's new edition
