Synopsis

Album Description
With their latest release on Marilyn Manson's Post Human Records, now is the time to hear where it all started. Power Tool Stigmata' is a REALLY great album with elements of both goth (soft acoustic guitar riffs) and industrial (synthesizers and 'power chords'). It's impossible NOT to find something you like on this CD - there's even a cover of the Beatles' 'Eleanor Rigby'! 14 tracks in all.

CD Reviews

A Definate Must Have CD For Godhead Fans
Lexie | St. Louis, MO USA | 11/06/2002
(5 out of 5 stars)

"I have to admit, I almost didn't buy this CD. I was almost dissuaded by some pretty bad reviews. I'm so glad that I got it anyway, it's one of a kind. Does it ever annoy you when you really like a band and all of their music on every CD sounds the same? Godhead is one of the rare bands that has managed to have a unique and wonderful sound on each album. The songs have a beautiful mixture of programming and guitar, and Jason's voice completes it. The instrumental songs are amazing, the Method shows what he truly can do on Laura's Theme. 2000 Years of Human Error was good, but this is raw Godhead. Godhead without the help of Marilyn Manson, Twiggy, and Reeves Gabriel. All of the bass and programming by the Method, instead of having a guest artist, same thing with the guitar and Mike. If you buy this CD, you will definately get your money's worth out of it."
Solid release.

"Being a part of the audience during Manson's Guns, God, and Government tour led to purchases 2 albums from both the opening acts, one being The Union Underground and the other being Godhead. After giving 2000 years a listen I went and purchased this older release. Power Tool Stigmata has it's peaks and gutters of both good, bad and even unique efforts, but, other than being a solid studio band, Godhead is clearly in their prime when on stage in front of the people. Their live show alone makes them worth mentioning."

"I love this album as much as anyone else but to be honest i slightly prefer 2000 years of human error.
Stop slaging off Manson, Linden from san antonio, he didn't ruin godhead and if thats what you think, don't blame him because they will have asked him to join them!
A brill cd and if you are thinking about getting it then you will like it."
