CD Reviews

A must for any Gino fan or novice
Margaret E. Barnhard | Reading, Pa United States | 07/26/2002
(5 out of 5 stars)

"Probably the best recording and production of a live concert recording I've ever heard. It truly captures the excitement of a Gino concert that only those who have been to one understand. I wish it had been longer and had included some of his older songs but it is still great and a must have for any Gino fan or novice"
The Best Vannelli CD Ever
K. Meier | Dallas, TX | 04/13/2005
(5 out of 5 stars)

"I have been a Gino fan since Crazy Life--bought every album and then upgraded all to CDs--and by FAR this is the BEST CD of his music ever! I cannot stop listening to it. Not only is it the finest quality live recording of any artist I've ever heard, but Gino's voice is phenomenal. I've never heard it stronger or clearer.

"Black and Blue" showcases Gino's fabulous vocal abilities--awesome! "Where Am I Going" is the best version ever--better than the original, by far. Gino plays the guitar on "Crazy Life," "Something Tells Me (FABULOUS version of this!), and plays drums on "People Gotta Move." All of the songs are mega-better than the original recordings. This is a MUST have for your collection and do whatever you can to get it. I have one at home and one in the car. I am stunned at the quality of this CD."
A must for any lover of one the giants of the music !
